I started practicing Yoga at what I would call a low part of my life. I started with Hot Yoga and it developed from there. After years of practicing with various different Yoga schools, various different teachers, and various different styles, I finally got it! I finally knew that Yoga was a way of life, a way to grow, a way to find myself, a way to learn patience and kindness and a way to live in peace. Be satisfied with what I have and truly experience happiness.

 

I spent 6 weeks in Rishikesh, India and became a qualified Yoga Teacher.  Here at Prana Yog shanti I don't just teach Yoga, I LIVE Yoga. Alongside the various styles of Yoga, I incorporate Meditation, Movement, Sound Healing, Restorative Practices, Cacao Ceremonies, with a sprinkle of Hypnotherapy and Essential Oils.

 

I strive to ensure my students experience authentic Yoga and its teachings and I share my knowledge and skills to promote relaxation, happiness, inner peace and tools to cope with this busy world. I look forward to meeting you to share our energies together so that you leave my practice feeling content, relaxed, accomplished and ready for the day.
