• 4:45-5:00pm Welcome! Choose a spot and get comfy.
• 5:00-5:45pm Gentle Hatha Flow Yoga Class. (Optional - Essential oil experience)
• 6:00-6:45pm Yin Yoga class. Restorative muscle fibre hydration and relaxation session
• 6:45-7:00pm The Garden of Possibilities LIVE - Step into a sanctuary designed entirely for your restoration.The Garden of Possibilities is a 15 minute immersive journey that beautifully blends somatic relaxation and guided imagery. If you are feeling weighed down by the demands of a loud world, this session offers a safe space to pause, breathe, and intentionally let go. By soothing the nervous system and guiding the mind into a deeply receptive state, this practice helps you:
• Release Old Burdens: Soften physical tension and quiet the mental chatter that no longer serves you.
• Plant New Seeds: Reconnect with your innate strength and nurture the seeds of your future potential.

This session will leave you feeling deeply relaxed, grounded, and beautifully rejuvenated.
